 Christmas in Wonderland (2007)

Plot: It’s turning out to be a pretty rotten Christmas for the Saunders family. Having just moved to a new city from Los Angeles, they have no friends, no money and, with the exception of the bright-eyed Mary, no Christmas spirit. To make matters worse, their mother is stuck in L.A., stranded by airline overbookings. So, the Christmas shopping duties fall on Dad and the gloomy kids. Things start looking a bit more like Christmas when 12-year old Brian and 6-year old Mary find a satchel of money at the local mall and they launch a Yuletide shopping spree…that is, until the crooks who counterfeited the money chase them through the mall packed with holiday shoppers.

Anyone know where I can get this Christmas Classic DVD?
I used to watch this VHS tape that had a handful of old children Christmas shows. I think my brother took it when he moved out but he says he didn’t. I don’t know the name or what it looked like but I remember some of the short movies that were on it so I’ll try to describe them and see if anybody has seen them and know where I can get it.
There was a short movie about a little boy and little girl who were poor, and when they went to bed they dreamed about being in a wonderland full of food and clothes and toys. Then when they work up to guys that own a dessert shop came to their house and gave them and their mom lots of goodies!
Another one, There is a orphanage that got a lot of bad toys that broke on all the kids and they were crying and a man heard the kids crying so he went in and make very awesome toys out of scratch and dressed like santa and gave them the toys.
Another one was about Rudolph was in training with all the other reindeer and he had a red nose so everybody made fun of him. And then santa is having a hard time seeing on christmas night and he go to Rudolph’s room to put his stuff in his stocking and see’s that he has a red nose and asks him to help. Then all the other reindeer became his friend.
Another one that I don’t remember much was about a little girl and a Spider where toys come to life in a store.
Another is about a little bear that is bad and his mommy spanks him so he runs away, then a mean guy traps him somewhere with bars and leaves then another guys comes along and turns the bars into candy where the little bear eats it.
And the last one I remember is about a little boy that lives alone with his mom and dad. And a homeless boy/or girl knocks on the door and they welcome in and he does tricks and pranks and the son gets blamed.
Can somebody please help me. I know its a lot but it childhood memories I would love to have back!

Roger Waters or David Gilmour?
Personally, I think they’re both equally as talented. I love both their voices, and I think that Pink Floyd wouldn’t really be Pink Floyd if it was missing any one of its members. Of course, they did go on after Roger left, but that only backs up my point. For example, The Division Bell wasn’t "bad," it was just different, and definitely lacking something. I know people who can’t stand Roger Waters, but I think he seems like a pretty nice person (maybe a little over-confident, but he has his reasons). I really can’t say anything bad about David Gilmour. Your thoughts and opinions?
I agree with you 100% Ron Pot Head Pixie. And about their looks… Roger looks a lot healthier now but he was kind of ugly before. David Gilmour was a cutie :P… especially in their Barrett-Gilmour days.
I think Waters is better as a lyricist. He can really convey his thoughts in songs and albums, and they can really hit you hard.
But I prefer Gilmour as a musician. I love his guitar work, he amazes me in every song. And I prefer his voice.
Both are great.
Oh and I think Dave looked much better than Roger in the 70’s, but Roger looks like he’s in better shape nowadays.

David Gilmour a very nice man soft spoken and optimistic,now having said that roger Waters has work on some of his demons but his past has scared some people within the band,the freindly face at there latest concert could of been a front,but the cause of the event was a greater purpose

 Birdman of Alcatraz (1962)

Plot: As an inmate at Leavenworth prison, Robert Stroud has a series of confrontations with the guards and with the other convicts. When Stroud kills a guard, he is sentenced to be executed, and only his mother’s impassioned intervention gets his sentence commuted to life imprisonment, which he must serve in solitary confinement. As he serves out his sentence in boredom and despair, one day he finds a helpless baby sparrow in the exercise yard. Stroud soon takes a deep interest in caring for birds, which gives him a new purpose in life, but which also brings new conflicts with prison authorities.

Absolutely not! Wren referring to him, you must know that he was convicted of robin and killing two people which, of course, is a cardinal sin. His sparrow victims dovetail with his hobby to ensure his infamy.
